Refund Policy – TORK-X

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and not submerged in water.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been used in water or shows signs of wear, dirt, or water exposure.
  • Products that are not in resellable condition or are returned incomplete.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@torkx-robot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
